The Swiss hemp pioneers
The Heimat products are manufactured by Pada Switzerland, a company founded in 2024 that emerged from the start-up Koch & Gsell . In 2017, the company landed a coup: it launched the world's first tobacco hemp cigarette on the market, causing an international sensation. This was followed in summer 2019 by Europe's first industrially produced pre-roll made from pure hemp in cigarette form. As hemp cannot be processed like tobacco due to the resin it contains, these products are technically innovative. Pada Switzerland has patented the processes used to manufacture the products.
